How to order, and how returns work.
The Dustin & Partners Terms and Conditions of Sale attached to each quotation govern every order.
Ordering
- Request a quotation.
Email info@dap.ing with who you are, where the project is, the equipment you need, your schedule and your instrumentation budget, as far as you know them. Include drawings or specifications if you have them.
- We review your request.
We reply by email with a quotation or a request for more information. When we have enough information to price the work, we send a quotation.
- Quotation.
In US dollars, valid for 30 days, FOB Logan, Utah, USA (Incoterms® 2020). Taxes, duties, freight, insurance and customs clearance are not included.
- Place the order.
Send a Purchase Order with the signed acceptance page of the quotation. No contract is formed until we issue an Order Acknowledgment.
- Payment and delivery.
50% with the order, balance before shipment. Delivery is 21 days from cleared funds, subject to manufacturer lead time. You collect FOB Logan.
- Inspection and installation.
Report any shortage or damage within 14 days of delivery. Installation by DP-certified personnel is required for warranty.
Returns
- Troubleshoot.
Work through the Troubleshooting Guide and record the results on its Troubleshooting Record. Check that batteries and power supplies are the approved types.
- Obtain clearance.
Send the record to info@dap.ing. Dustin & Partners alone decides whether a return is warranted and gives clearance by phone or email.
- Request an RMA.
Complete the RMA Request Form with the clearance reference. We review requests within one week, allowing for working-week and time-zone differences.
- Ship with the RMA number.
Do not ship until we issue an RMA number. You arrange and pay return freight, insurance, export clearance and any US duties.
